HOW TO USE IT?
1.Place the tray into hot water about 70°C for 10-15 seconds to soften and remove from the water

I placed my order on April 5th. Today is April 23 as the description and super fast, missing to use and see how it was.
So, this is somewhat different from some of the pictures - those are professionally made, and expensive. But after some trial and error, I've managed to get some good sets. The water must be very hot, almost boiling - use a ceramic bowl with hot water, don't use the kettle, the set will float and you'll have to send it to the bottom so it heats as a whole. It will shrink somewhat and tend to stick to stuff, and lose its shape. You place it in your mouth and use the tongue to pull from inside and your fingers from the outside. Take care not to bend as it will fold and it will be impossible to unfold. If unsuccessful, do it again. Clip the handle previously as it will be harder to remove after. TAKE CARE NOT TO BURN YOURSELF.
NAILED IT! Mouth guard arrived quickly and in good condition. Only a few small marks on one of the tabs. No instructions provided, but I found some in the "Questions" section. Dip the guard into hot (just boiled) water holding onto the tab for 10-15 seconds, then carefully place in your mouth (yes, it will be hot!), and bite down and rub it against your teeth until it cools. This happens quickly. Be careful placing it in your mouth. On my first attempt, I bit down, squishing one of the edges. They do not separate again. It takes a lot of effort to try to form the plastic so you can try again. As you can see, mine are off-centre. Not quite like the ones in the ad. Still, they work. Wash the plastic before forming.
